We got a call in the office yesterday with an angry Phil Steele customer. He said he just bought a smaller Phil Steele magazine from Amazon and was very unhappy with the product. It was nowhere near the Phil Steele Quality that we put out and he was angry with the purchase. We told him there are no smaller versions of the magazine. We produced ONE College Football Magazine in print and it 376 pages with two full pages on every FBS team. He said it is right there on the Front Cover, Phil Steele!

                  We went to Amazon and was shocked to find not one, not two, not three but FOUR different “magazines” of different sizes (58, 45, 70, 97 pages) that had PHIL STEELE on the front cover. They list PHIL STEELE as the Author! These magazines are FAKE! They are SCAMS! They are trying to take advantage of my good name which I have spent 32 years putting 7 months of labor each year into the magazine. It is the best-selling magazine in Barnes and Noble and not just football magazine but best-selling overall!

                 Here are the 4 different covers that we found for sale on Amazon that falsely bear the Phil Steele name. I have nothing to do with these magazines!! My partners at Learfield are currently working through legal channels with Amazon to get these taken down and stop these scam artists from taking advantage of my hard work. Until that happens, steer clear of the following fakes.

It is buyer beware out there and frankly I am surprised that Amazon even let these go up for sale! The bottom line is this. I have one printed magazine, and it is generally regarded as the Bible of College Football. It is 376 pages and has two full pages on all 138 FBS teams. It is available EXCLUSIVELY at Barnes and Noble and Books-a-million in brick-and-mortar stores. You can also order it online directly from me at PhilSteele.com.
