We thought the College strength of wins/pain of losses was so interesting we decided to do one for the NFL and see the results. How it’s devised is if you beat an opponent you get credit for all their wins over their opponents. If you lose you get all their losses.

Strength of Wins

In this first chart below you can see Strength of Wins. Kansas City is in the #1 spot this week. The Cheifs have wins over Houston, LA Chargers, Baltimore, New England, Las Vegas once, Buffalo, Denver, NY Jets, Carolina and Miami and those teams have 69 wins. Pittsburgh is #2 with 59 wins.

Pain of Losses

This next chart we will go over is the Pain of Losses. Here if you lose to an opponent you get credit for all their losses. At the top is Jacksonville with 74 foe losses. The Jaguars have lost to Tennessee twice, Miami, Cincinnati, Houston twice, Detroit, LA Chargers, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Minnesota.

Overall Wins and Losses

In this last chart below you can see the overall wins and losses. Kansas City (69-6), Pittsburgh 59-10 and Buffalo (59-11) are at the top. At the bottom you have NY Jets (0-69).
