On page 39 of this year’s magazine, we have a couple of pictures of just some of the massive amount of information that is available on Phil Steele Plus. The two pages highlighted are the last 10 years spread records in 39 different categories and the Stats/Coaches section with conference records since 1988. Both are fully updated including the 2025 season on each team page of Phil Steele Plus.

                  The first section to show you the full page is the Last 10 years Spread results in 39 different categories. My Phil Steele 2026 College Football Preview lists the spread records in 9 different categories but this chart goes much deeper. Here is a sample of the Iowa pages and the difference between the two boxes. In the magazine if you add up Iowa’s record as a Home Favorite and Away Favorite you see that they are 47-35-4 as a favorite overall and 48-39-4 ATS vs the Big Ten. This chart allows you to drill in a little deeper. Check out Iowa’s record as a favorite of 3 or less, it is a super 14-6-2 over 10 years and they are 30-15-3 ATS 67% overall as a single digit conference favorite. However, make Iowa a double-digit conference favorite and they are just 8-11-1. It is the same as a dog as Iowa is 13-7-1 ATS as a Single Digit conference dog but 3-7 ATS as a double digit conference dog. This chart allows you to get deeper into the spread numbers for ALL 138 teams.

Northwestern is 7-0 ATS the last 10 years as an Underdog of 3 or less points!

Ohio State is 24-13 ATS as a 20+ Favorite vs Big Ten teams the last 9 years.

Oregon is 9-4 ATS as a favorite vs ranked teams the last 10 years.

Purdue is just 11-32 ATS at home in Big Ten play the last 10 years.

Purdue is 4-11 ATS as a home dog vs ranked teams BUT 11-4 ATS as an Away Dog the last 10 years vs ranked teams.

Rutgers is 4-11-1 ATS as a Home dog vs ranked teams

UCLA is 5-14-1 ATS as a Single Digit conference favorite the last 10 years

USC is 2-9 ATS as a conference favorite of 20+ points

Washington is 0-4 ATS as a home dog vs Top 10 teams (they host Indiana this year)

Alabama is 15-6 ATS at home vs ranked teams

Arkansas is 3-9-1 ATS as a Single Digit conference favorite the last 10 years

Auburn is 6-14-1 ATS as an Away Dog vs ranked teams

Florida is 0-5 ATS as a SEC favorite of 3 or less but 6-1 ATS as an SEC dog of 3 or less

Georgia is 8-1 ATS at home vs Top 10 teams

Kentucky is 13-5 ATS as a SEC Home Dog

Mizzou is 4-10 ATS as a double digit SEC favorite
