Last year we hired our NFL guy late in the preseason and he did a great job during the season with the NFL selections. Craig is someone who I have known for quite some time and always appreciated his passion for NFL football and how closely he followed the game.

                  This is year two for Craig. We hired him so late last year that I wrote the NFL magazine in 2025. This year Craig took over that task freeing me up to focus completely on College Football over the summer. I am really looking forward to Craig’s second year doing my writeups for Inside the Pressbox newsletter. Almost every second-year head coach I talk to tells me how much better off they are in the second year of the program as they now know the players, the players know the system and they have been together for a year. Craig started right at preseason last year and did have some solid win streaks and is looking for a solid second year and now has even gone thru and written the NFL magazine so is that much more on top of the game.
