We have spent the last few months analyzing the each FCS conference for this year’s FCS Digital Magazine (2 pages on every FCS Program!!!) Just like the FBS magazine, I have put together my Preseason Top 40. These rankings take into account the totality of the circumstances that I feel each team will face in the 2023 season, such as: schedule strength, foes’ schedule (coming off byes), experience edges at the start of the year and so forth. My Top 40 is based on where I project the teams to FINISH in the final regular season rankings.
